Refund policy

Atelier Sirène pieces are crafted in limited runs or made one-of-a-kind from vintage textiles, making each item truly unique. As such, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged items.

Please note: subtle marks, variations, or imperfections are natural characteristics of vintage scarves and are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact details provided below.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Vintage & Custom Pieces

One-of-a-kind and custom-made pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged in a way that compromises their wearability.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
