    • Payments must be completed before items are shipped.

  3. Returns & Exchanges

    • As outlined in our Refund Policy, vintage and custom items are final sale.

    • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.

  4. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, prints, artworks, and content on our website are the property of Atelier Sirène.

    • Reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.

  5. Liability

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

    • Our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the product.
